Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Erhaltung des "Althuses", erbaut 1703, auf dem Jerisberghof in seinem historischen Zustand, die Errichtung, den Unterhalt und die Führung des Bauernmuseums, den Erwerb des Ausstellungs- und Museumsgutes, eventuell Landkäufe, die zur Erreichung des Stiftungszwecks oder zur Erweiterung des Bauernmuseums notwendig sind. Die Stiftung kann im Rahmen des Ausbaus des Bauernmuseums auch weitere Gebäulichkeiten errichten, insbesondere erworbene und an ihrem bisherigen Standort abgebrochene Gebäude an einem neuen, geeigneten Standort wiederaufbauen. Die Stiftung ist befugt, Erweiterungen des Bauernmuseums auch ausserhalb des engeren Gebietes des Jerisberghofes vorzunehmen.
