Company Purpose
Berufliche Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und dessen Ausführungsbestimmungen für die Arbeitnehmer der Firma und der mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen sowie für die Angehörigen und Hinterlassenen der Arbeitnehmer gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität. Kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, ferner zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
