Company Purpose
Erhaltung des musikalischen Nachlasses des Stifters und des übrigen Stiftungsgutes auf den Gebieten der Kultur-, Geistes- und Kunstgeschichte, besonders der Musikgeschichte. Im Rahmen der verfügbaren Mittel kann das Stiftungsgut vervollständigt und erweitert werden. Die Stiftung sorgt in ihrer Forschungsstätte mit eigenen Mitarbeitern für die wissenschaftliche Bearbeitung des Stiftungsgutes und macht es der Forschung zugänglich. Sie kann auch aussenstehenden Persönlichkeiten Forschungs-, Publikations- und ähnliche Aufträge erteilen. Die Stiftung ist auf internationaler Ebene tätig.
