Company Purpose

Sie kann sich zudem an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen, solche käuflich erwerben sowie Grundeigentum erwerben und veräussern. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt ihren Zweck im Rahmen des ÖKK-Konzerns. Sie berücksichtigt dabei in angemessener Weise und im Rahmen der geltenden Gesetzgebung die Interessen des ÖKK-Konzerns.
