Company Purpose
Le but de la fondation est de répondre aux dispositions des articles 74 et ss. de la loi fédérale sur les services financiers, et mettre à la disposition des clients des prestations de service financiers et des prestataires de services eux-mêmes, sur tout le territoire de la Suisse, un Organe de médiation composé de personnes au bénéfice d'une formation et expérience reconnues en matière de médiation et de résolution des différends ainsi que d'une formation d'avocat comprenant des connaissances et une expérience en matière de gestion de fortune et questions financières, afin d'assister ces personnes à régler leurs différends dans le cadre d'une procédure amiable, simple, efficace et rapide. Le fondation ne poursuit aucun but lucratif. Le but poursuivi par la fondation est d'intérêt public. Le bénéfice et le capital de la fondation sont exclusivement affectés au but fixé ci-dessus et à son bon fonctionnement. La fondation ne poursuit aucune activité lucrative.
