Company Purpose
Übernahme des Kreuzspitals in Chur, das seit 1853 von den Barmherzigen Schwestern vom heiligen Kreuz in Ingenbohl (Institut Ingenbohl) geführt wurde, und Besorgung einer bedürfnisgerechten und wirtschaftlichen medizinischen Versorgung durch das Kreuzspital im Sinne der kantonalen Gesetzgebung und der Verbandsstatuten der Spitalregion vom 18. August 1980.
