Company Purpose
Systematische und fortwährende Sammlung, Betreuung und Auswertung des astrophysikalischen, astronomischen und morphologischen Lebenswerkes von Prof. Dr. F. Zwicky sowie die Aufbewahrung wichtiger Teile seines Briefwechsels; Verbreitung des morphologischen Gedankengutes; Förderung der morphologischen Forschung; Zusammenarbeit mit anderen, insbesondere ausländischen Zentren der morphologischen Forschung; Veranstaltung von Seminaren mit morphologischer Grundhaltung.Zur Erfüllung des Stiftungszwecks kann die Stiftung mit anderen Institutionen zusammenarbeiten und entsprechende Verträge abschliessen. Sie kann auch für besondere Zwecke Institutionen anderer Rechtsform gründen.
