Company Purpose
Die EBL hat den Zweck, sämtliche mit der Energieversorgung verbundenen Tätigkeiten auszuüben, namentlich Bezug, Produktion, Transport und Verteilung von Energie. Die EBL fördert moderne Technologien zur rationellen Nutzung von Energie. Die EBL kann alle kommerziellen, finanziellen und anderen Tätigkeiten ausüben, welche mit dem Zweck der Genossenschaft im Zusammenhang stehen. Insbesondere können weitere Infrastruktur- und Versorgungsleistungen erbracht werden. Die EBL kann Grundstücke erwerben, halten und veräussern. Sie kann Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland errichten und sich an anderen Unternehmen im In- und Ausland beteiligen.
