Company Purpose
Besorgung aller Dienstleistungen, die zum Tätigkeitsbereich einer Vermögensverwaltungs- und Treuhandgesellschaft gehören, insbesondere Vermögensberatung und Vermögensverwaltung, einschliesslich Führung von unverzinslichen Konti für Kunden, Aufbewahrung von Wertpapieren und sonstigen Wertgegenständen, Depotführung für Kunden, Durchführung von Wertpapiergeschäften jeglicher Art auf eigene und fremde Rechnung, Optionsgeschäfte, Financial Futures, Swaps und Geschäfte mit anderen marktüblichen derivativen Finanzprodukten auf eigene oder fremde Rechnung, unter Ausschluss der Tätigkeit als Derivathaus, Kauf und Verkauf von Devisen und Edelmetallen für eigene und fremde Rechnung, Gewährung von Lombardkrediten an Kunden, Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Abgabe von Bürgschaften und Garantien, Durchführung von Treuhandgeschäften, Übernahme von Funktionen im Anlagefondsgeschäft, Beratung in Finanz-, Nachfolge- und Steuerfragen, Wahrnehmung von Willensvollstreckermandaten; Dienstleistungen können in der Schweiz gegenüber Kunden weltweit erbracht werden; bankmässige Entgegennahme von Geldern sowie Durchführung von Buchprüfungen sind ausgeschlossen; kann Grundstücke, andere dingliche Rechte und Beteiligungen an Immobiliengesellschaften halten, erwerben und veräussern sowie sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen.
