Data Sources

Swiss Graph collects and processes data from the following public sources:

  • Internet: Various publicly available websites and databases.
  • SHAB (Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce): Official publication organ for commercial register entries, bankruptcies, etc.(shab.ch)
  • Simap.ch: The Swiss platform for public procurement (simap.ch)
  • Zefix.ch: Canonical register of Swiss companies.
  • Cantonal Commercial Registers: Official registers maintained by each Swiss canton for companies registered in that canton.

We ensure that all data is collected and processed in compliance with Swiss data protection laws and regulations.

AI USE PRECAUTIONS

BY USING SWISS GRAPH/WORLD GRAPH INTERFACE AND AI AGENTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL GENERATED OUTPUT MIGHT CONTAIN FALSE, IRRELEVANT AND UNJUSTIFIED CLAIMS. MANUAL CASE ANALYSIS IS ALWAYS REQUIRED TO VERIFY ANY AGENT RESPONSES.

BY USING SWISS GRAPH/WORLD GRAPH INTERFACE AND AI AGENTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS NO END TO END ENCRYPTION FOR THE INFORMATION SHARED WITH THE AGENT. ALL INFORMATION SHARED IS USED AS INPUT FOR A THIRD PARTY API (Openrouter, OpenAI, Anthropic etc). NERTURBO AG DECLINES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR TREATMENT OF DATA BY SUCH THIRD PARTY LLM COMPLETION API PROVIDERS.

Only Swiss Graph/World Graph Enterprise Plan with custom SLA/DPA allows for processing of PII/sensitive data with E2EE.

Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of credits, subscriptions, and related services provided by Swiss Graph/World Graph, operated by:

By purchasing or using any credits, subscriptions, or enterprise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

1. Service Plans and Credit System

Swiss Graph offers access to public beta of its AI-powered data services through the following models:

  • Guest Access: 2 free credits without registration.
  • Registered Account: 10 free credits upon sign-up.
  • Public beta: CHF 29/month, includes 15 credits.
  • Enterprise Plan: Tailored pricing, features, and credit packages for businesses or organizations. See Section 8.

Each prompt submitted to the AI deducts credits depending on the complexity or type of request/language model used.

2. Credit Terms

  • Subscription Credits (included in Public Beta and Enterprise Plans) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Subscription credits may not be sold, shared, or assigned to other users or accounts without written consent.

2.1 Additional Credit Packs

  • Users on Public Beta and Enterprise plans may purchase additional credit packs at any time, regardless of whether their monthly credits are used.
  • These additional purchased credits do not expire, even if the users subscription is canceled or expires.
  • Purchased credits are stored in the users account and remain available until used.
  • These credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and tied to the purchasing account.
  • These are one-time purchases, separate from recurring subscription payments.

3. Public Beta (CHF 29/month)

  • Includes 15 credits per billing cycle.
  • Renews automatically each month unless canceled.
  • Payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF) via supported payment methods.
  • You authorize Nerturbo AG to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Public Beta is a temporary offer package for the duration of public beta testing. Most features are in test mode and should be treated accordingly.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user account.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription credits or mid-period cancellations.

5. Payment Failures

In case of failed or declined payments:

  • Your subscription may be suspended or downgraded automatically.
  • You will lose access to paid features and subscription credits until payment is resolved.
  • Any previously purchased additional credits remain available in your account.

6. Service Modifications

Swiss Graph may:

  • Change credit pricing or allocation
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Introduce new plans or usage models

7. Misuse & Abuse

You agree not to:

  • Share accounts or credits across individuals or organizations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or overload the platform
  • Scrape, copy, or mine data using unauthorized methods
  • Share PII and sensitive personal data of third parties with the chat bot without third parties consent

Violations may result in account termination, credit revocation, and/or legal action.

You acknowledge that there is no end to end encryption for non-Enterprise plans

8. Enterprise Plan

Swiss Graph offers Enterprise Plans for organizations with custom needs, including:

  • Higher credit volumes
  • Bulk data access
  • API integrations
  • SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • DPA (Data Protection Addendum)
  • E2EE (End-To-End-Encryption)
  • Onboarding support

These are not available through the self-service interface. To request an Enterprise Plan, contact us directly:

Enterprise terms, including payment, billing, and licensing, are governed by individual written agreements.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Zug, Switzerland.

Personal Data Processed

Swiss Graph processes personal data that is publicly available from sources such as the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), simap.ch, cantonal commercial registers, and the Internet. This data may include names, addresses, dates of birth, company affiliations, and other information related to Swiss companies and individuals openly available online and without any restrictions.

We collect the following types of personal data when you use our services:

  • User queries: the text, documents, API or voice inputs you provide to our AI chat and search functions.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information, and other connection data.
  • Account data: Name, email address, phone number, payment methods
  • Usage data: interactions with our service, such as where you click and how you navigate.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your device to help us improve functionality and analyze usage.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data is processed to provide an AI-based open data hub that offers information on Swiss companies and people. The data is used to:

  • Display information on the Swiss Graph platform.
  • Enable search and retrieval of data by users.
  • Improve the service through analytics and AI algorithms.
  • Analyze service usage to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Provide paid services and account management.
  • Prevent misuse and protect the security of our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations, if applicable.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data and improve our service. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly if cookies are blocked.

Legal Basis

The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of Nerturbo AG to provide a public data service, as the data is already publicly available. Additionally, where applicable, processing may be based on consent or contractual necessity (such as for data collected directly from users)

Data Sharing

Personal data collected directly from users (IP, device data etc) may be shared with third parties only as necessary for the operation of the service, such as with IT service providers or for legal compliance. Data is not sold or rented to third parties.

To operate and improve our services, we use third-party providers:

  • Weaviate.io/Openrouter/Firecrawl: AI and data search infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare Analytics: traffic and performance analytics.
  • Vercel: Front End processing and analytics
  • Google Tag Manager: Analytics

These third parties process your data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements. We do not control their data handling practices; please consult their privacy policies for more details.

Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose data is processed have the right to:

  • Access their data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of data, where applicable.
  • Object to processing.
  • Data portability.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at public@graph.swiss. Please be aware that to exercise the rights, a KYC procedure must be completed via ID/Passport verification via our KYC provider.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the Swiss Graph platform provided by Nerturbo AG.

2. Services

Swiss Graph provides an AI-based open data hub that processes and displays public data on Swiss companies and people. The data is sourced from public sources such as SHAB, simap.ch, Zefix, Cantonal commercial registers, and the Internet.

3. User Obligations

Users must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from misusing the data or the platform for illegal purposes.

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Not engage in any unauthorized collection, scraping, extraction, or harvesting of data from our Services or website by automated means or otherwise. Such actions violate these Terms and will necessarily result in legal action.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
  • Respect intellectual property rights associated with the content accessible through the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Swiss Graph platform, including data, is either publicly available or owned by Nerturbo AG. Users may use the data exclusively for personal needs, provided they comply with applicable laws. Commercial use requires our prior written consent and appropriate license.

5. Liability

Nerturbo AG provides the data "as is" and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Nerturbo AG is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or the data.

Our Services rely on data sourced from various public sources and AI technologies. While we strive for accuracy, the data provided may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information.

You acknowledge and agree that use of the Services is at your own risk.

6. Third party services

Our Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Weaviate.io, Cloudflare Analytics). We are not responsible for their operations or any issues arising from your interaction with them.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
