Der Verein bezweckt die Rekrutierung und Ausbildung von Jugendlichen ab dem 13. Altersjahr für den Verkehrsdienst, als Teil einer sinnvollen Freizeitgestaltung. Auf Anfrage übernimmt er die Verkehrsregelung sowie das Parkplatzmanagement bei Anlässen und Veranstaltungen aller Art.
