Die Stiftung dient dem Zweck, das im Gemeindegebiet Wollerau gelegene Wasserrad Neumühle samt Wasserrad-Gebäude in seinem historischen Stand bestmöglich zu erhalten. Die Stiftung kann zur Sicherung des Erhalts des Wasserrades das Grundstück, auf welchem sich das Wasserrad und das Wasserrad-Gebäude befinden oder dingliche Rechte an diesem Grundstück, erwerben.
