Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt den Bau und Betrieb eines Alters- und Pflegeheimes in Bernhardzell gemäss dem Leistungsauftrag der Stifterin. Sie kann sich auch an weiteren Bauten und Aufgaben für die Altersvorsorge In der Gemeinde Waldkirch beteiligen oder weitere Angebote für die ältere Bevölkerung bereitstellen. Die Stiftung ist berechtigt, Liegenschaften zu erwerben oder zu veräussern, wenn dies der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben dient.
