Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt, öffentlich zugängliche Ausstellungen in der Villa Flora, Winterthur, mit Werken insbesondere aus der ehemaligen Sammlung "Arthur und Hedy Hahnloser-Bühler" und deren Umfeld finanziell zu unterstützen. Sollte dieser Zweck nicht mehr erreichbar sein (z.B. bei Einstellung des Ausstellungsbetriebes in der Villa Flora) bezweckt die Stiftung die Unterstützung von Institutionen, welche öffentliche Ausstellungen von Werken der ehemaligen Sammlung Arthur und Hedy Hahnloser- Bühler durchführen.
