Company Purpose
Die Stiftung unterstützt den Rudolf Steiner-Schulverein Winterthur in den baulichen Bedürfnissen aller Art. Sie beschafft Mittel für Ausbau, Unterhalt und Erneuerung bestehender Schulanlagen und deren Ausstattung sowie für Erweiterungs- und Neubauten. Die Stiftung kann in eigenem Namen Grund, Boden, Baurechte und Bauten erwerben oder Bauten erstellen. Sie kann diese Bauten entweder dem Schulverein für Schulzwecke überlassen oder sie im Stiftungsvermögen behalten und dem Schulverein zur Nutzung für Schulzwecke zur Verfügung stellen. Die Stiftung kann auch anderweitige Aufgaben kultureller Art übernehmen oder unterstützen.
