Leistungen zugunsten von kranken und pflegebedürftigen Bürgern der Stadt Solothurn zu erbringen und damit an Stelle der Stiftungen "Bürgerspital Solothurn" und "Henriettenheim" und unter vollständiger Entlastung derselben alle Rechtspflichten zu übernehmen, welche diesen Siftungen gegenüber Bürgern der Stadt Solothurn oblagen.
