Company Purpose
La gestione e l'amministrazione di un Centro per persone anziane ed altre affini, ai sensi della legge concernente il promovimento, il coordinamento e il finanziamento delle attività a favore delle persone anziane (LAnz). Del Centro beneficeranno prioritariamente i cittadini residenti nella regione. La Fondazione è abilitata all'acquisto di beni mobili e immobili destinati al raggiungimento dello scopo prefisso. La Fondazione può collaborare con Enti pubblici e privati con sede in Svizzera, che perseguono scopi simili a quelli della Fondazione medesima. La Fondazione è di pubblica utilità e persegue i suoi scopi senza fini di lucro.
