## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Äufnung eines Fonds, um mit dessen Mitteln a) zürcherische Angehörige der Armee, des Zivilschutzes und anderer der Gesamtverteidigung dienender Institutionen zu unterstützen, wenn sie im Ausbildungs- oder Aktivdienst erkranken oder verunglücken und dadurch in Notlage geraten oder durch ihre Dienstleistungen sonst wie vorübergehend oder dauernd in Bedrängnis kommen; die Unterstützung kann im Todesfall auch den Hinterbliebenen nächsten Angehörigen gewährt werden; b) die Wehrtüchtigkeit und Wehrbereitschaft im weitesten Sinne durch finanzielle Beiträge an zürcherische natürliche oder juristische Personen zu fördern; als Förderung der Wehrtüchtigkeit und der Wehrbereitschaft gilt die Unterstützung von militärischen und wehrsportlichen Veranstaltungen von mindestens kantonalzürcherischer Bedeutung sowie von militärischen Publikationen und Vorträgen. Als "zürcherisch" gelten in der Regel natürliche Personen, wenn sie im Zeitpunkt des Eintrittes der Unterstützungsursache Wohnsitz im Kanton Zürich haben oder wenn sie im Besitz des kantonalzürcherischen Bürgerrechts sind; juristische Personen, wenn sie ihren Sitz im Kanton Zürich haben oder wenn die Verwendung der Mittel mit dem unter a) oder b) erwähnten Zweck im direkten Zusammenhang steht.
