Dieser Zweck soll insbesondere erreicht werden durch die Errichtung und den Betrieb eines eigenen Engrosmarktes sowie durch die Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Schweizer Blumenbörsen und Engrosmärkten. Die Genossenschaft kann Zweigniederlassungen errichten, Tochtergesellschaften gründen und sich an anderen Unternehmungen und Organisationen beteiligen, solche erwerben, selber gründen sowie diese finanzieren. Die Genossenschaft ist berechtigt, Grundeigentum zu erwerben, zu belasten, zu veräussern und zu verwalten. Sie kann Lizenzen, Patente und andere immaterielle Werte übernehmen und verwerten.
