## Purpose

Der Zweck der Schulgenossenschaft besteht in der Verwaltung des diesen Nachbarschaften durch Auskaufvertrag mit der Gemeinde Meierskappel vom 24. März 1881 und laut Güterausscheidungsvertrag mit der Einwohnergemeinde Risch vom 3. Dezember 1882 zugeschiedenen sogenannten "Zugerischen Schulgutes und allfällige Legate". Die aus der Verwaltung resultierenden Zinserträge sind zu Ausbildungszwecken von Mitgliedern bzw. deren Familienangehörigen zu verwenden. Die Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnorientiert.
