## Purpose

Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, in jeder geeigneten Weise die kulturellen Bestrebungen der Gemeinde Meilen zu fördern. Dabei soll sie auch die Tätigkeit von Institutionen, Vereinen, Gesellschaften und Personen, welche gleiche Ziele verfolgen, unterstützen und zu koordinieren versuchen. Dabei enthält sich die Stiftung aber der direkten Einflussnahme auf vereins- oder gesellschaftsinterne Angelegenheiten und leistet keine Beiträge an nicht für die Öffentlichkeit bestimmte Aktionen und Anlässe. Weiter hat die Stiftung den Zweck, für den baulichen Unterhalt und den Betrieb des Parktheaters an der Winkelstrasse in Meilen besorgt zu sein.
