## Purpose

Der Zweck des Vereins, welcher nicht gewinnstrebig ist, soll folgendes umfassen: (i) die Förderung der Nitrozellulose Industrie im weitesten Sinne, (ii) die Förderung von verantwortungsvollem Handeln, besonders hinsichtlich Produktebetreuung, um die produktbezogenen Risiken für Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt zu minimieren. Der Verein soll ein Forum für die Debattierung von Fragen, Problemen, Fakten und Themen sein, welche vor oder während der Herstellung, Lagerung, dem Transport, dem Einsatz und der Entsorgung von industrieller Nitrozellulose entstehen sowie betreffend aller anderen Gegenstände, welche im Interesse des Vereins liegen. Um die vorstehenden Zwecke zu erreichen, kann der Verein Richtlinien erlassen und deren Einhaltung überwachen. Der Verein kann auch internationalen Organisationen oder Institutionen beitreten oder innerhalb der vorstehenden Zweckbestimmungen mit diesen Verträge abschliessen.
