## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, in Ausbildung Stehenden, insbesondere Studierenden der Universität Basel, geeigneten und möglichst preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu Selbstkosten zu beschaffen. Zur Erfüllung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung alle erforderlichen baulichen, kaufmännischen und finanziellen Tätigkeiten ausüben. Die Stiftung überlässt die Nutzung des ihr zur Verfügung stehenden Wohnraums im Rahmen eines Miet- oder Verwaltungsvertrags dem Verein für Studentisches Wohnen (WoVe), Basel, solange dieser den Wohnraum im Sinne des Stiftungszweckes vermietet und sich an die Bestimmungen der Verträge hält.
