## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Bereitstellung von preisgünstigem Wohnraum für ihre Mitglieder, unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativen Absicht. Zu diesem Zweck erwirbt die Genossenschaft Grundstücke. Sie erstellt, vermietet und verkauft preisgünstige Wohnungen und Einfamilienhäuser. Vermietung und Verkauf erfolgen weitgehend auf der Basis von Selbstkosten. Der Verkauf ist jederzeit nach der Erstellung der Wohnungen bzw. Häuser möglich. lm Falle von Baurecht bleibt in der Regel die Genossenschaft Baurechtsnehmerin und erteilt ein Unterbaurecht. Zum Ausschluss der Spekulation kann sich die Genossenschaft ein Vorkaufsrecht vorbehalten, das auf fünf Jahre limitiert ist. In einem solchen Falle wird der seinerzeitige Verkaufspreis mit dem Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise auf den Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs hochgerechnet. Die Genossenschaft kann sich Organisationen mit gleichartigen Zielsetzungen anschliessen.
