## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu vermitteln und diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen: a) durch Vermietung der Wohnungen an ihre Mitglieder zu Mietzinsen, die auf der Basis der Selbstkosten unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Selbsterhaltung der Genossenschaft festzusetzen sind; b) durch sinnvolle Investitionen in die eigenen genossenschaftlichen Anlagen; c) durch Bau oder Kauf von geeigneten Liegenschaften; d) durch sinnvolles Anlegen und Aufnehmen von Geldern am Finanzmarkt. Die Mitglieder sind verpflichtet, die von ihnen gemieteten Wohnungen selber zu bewohnen und dort ihren zivilrechtlichen Wohnsitz zu haben. Im Hinblick auf das Bundesgesetz über den Erwerb von Grundstücken durch Personen im Ausland müssen die Wohnungen Mitgliedern ausländischer Nationalität als Hauptwohnung am Ort ihres rechtmässigen und tatsächlichen Wohnsitzes dienen.
