Die Genossenschaft kann Liegenschaften erwerben, verwalten, veräussern und sich an Unternehmungen ähnlicher Art beteiligen. Beim Verkauf von Grundeigentum sorgt die Genossenschaft dafür, dass der Erwerber keine Spekulationsgeschäfte vornehmen kann. Zum Ausschluss der Spekulation kann sie Mitspracherechte im Sinne der eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungserlasse, Vorkaufsrechte und dergleichen vorbehalten.
