## Purpose

Ersatz der bestehenden Bauten. d) Gezielte Nutzung von Instrumenten der staatlichen Wohnbauförderung. e) Übertragung der Wohnungen an die Mitglieder zur Miete, im Wohnrecht oder Stockwerkeigentum. f) Verwaltung der Genossenschaft auf Selbstkostenbasis unter Einbezug von Marktlage und Nutzerverhalten. g) Fördern von Gemeinschaft und Mitverantwortung in den Liegenschaften. i) Ideelle und materielle Unterstützung von Bestrebungen, die preiswertes, gesundes und gutes Wohnen zum Ziel haben. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie ist Mitglied der Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz (WBG Schweiz).
