## Purpose

Sie ist Mitglied von WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Verband der Baugenossenschaften. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Beim Verkauf eines Grundstückes ist den Genossenschaftern vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, dieses zu einem angemessenen Preis zu erwerben. Die Genossenschaft kann auch Wohnungen bauen und verkaufen. Dabei sollen im Unterschied zu nur kommerziellen Entwicklern die Käufer bei sehr positiver Ertragslage auch von zusätzlichen Leistungen profitieren.
