## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern gesunden und preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten. b) Bau und Erwerb von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern. c) Beanspruchung von Förderungsinstrumenten nach dem eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetz bzw. entsprechenden kantonalen und kommunalen Gesetzen. d) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen auf der Basis der Kostenmiete. e) Fördern von genossenschaftlichen Aktivitäten in den Siedlungen. f) Ideelle und materielle Unterstützung von Bestrebungen, die preiswertes, gesundes und gutes Wohnen zum Ziel haben. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie ist Mitglied des Schweizerischen Verbandes für Wohnungswesen SVW.
