## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihrer Mitglieder die Beschaffung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen und den Bau und Erwerb von Wohnhäusern oder Wohnungen unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativen Absicht. Sie verfolgt im Besonderen den Zweck, den preisgünstigen Wohnungsbau im Sinne der eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetzgebung sowie entsprechender kantonaler und kommunaler Erlasse zu fördern. Der Zweck der bestehenden Siedlung "Gässlimatt 1 - 4, 5076 Bözen" mit den vier bisherigen Häusern besteht weiterhin darin, Wohnraum für ältere Menschen aus Bözen und Umgebung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der ursprüngliche Gründungsgedanke, welcher dazumal zur Gründung der Genossenschaft geführt hat, wird damit für die bestehenden vier Häuser weitergetragen. Weiter ist der Zweck der Genossenschaft nicht auf eine bestimmte Altersgruppe beschränkt. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten.
