Den Mitgliedern der Genossenschaft ist in diesem Fall die Gelegenheit zu geben, Grundeigentum oder Wohnungen zu den unter Berücksichtigung aller Kosten und Aufwendungen entstehenden Gestehungspreisen zu erwerben.
