Sie kann zu diesem Zweck insbesondere unbebaute und bebaute Grundstücke, Projekte, Liegenschaften und Baurechte erwerben, vermieten, belasten und veräussern sowie Gebäude erstellen und ersetzen. In die Liegenschaften können auch in den entsprechenden Zonen zulässige Dienstleistungsbetriebe (Arztpraxis, Cafeteria, Tagesstätte für Kinder und dergleichen) integriert sein.
