## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der Vorsorge zugunsten der ArbeitnehmerInnen einschliesslich der Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung sowie deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod sowie in der Unterstützung des Vorsorgenehmers oder seiner Hinterlassenen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität, Arbeitslosigkeit. Die Stiftung kann insbesondere Zuwendungen an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, die für die in Abs.1 genannten Destinatäre bestehen, vornehmen, insbesondere zu deren Ausbau und zur Sicherung des dauernden Betriebes dieser Einrichtungen (u.a. auch durch Arbeitgeberbeiträge), ferner einmalige oder periodische Zusatzleistungen zu reglementarischen Leistungen der Vorsorgeeinrichtung Sihl Zürich erbringen. Der Stiftung kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates auch das Personal von mit der Stifterin wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundener Unternehmungen angeschlossen werden.
