Ist in der Pensionskasse der Feintool-Gruppe für die Firma Mühlemann AG der Tatbestand der Teilliquidation gemäss Reglement der Pensionskasse der Feintool-Gruppe gegeben, kann der Wohlfahrtsfonds die aus der Pensionskasse der Feintool-Gruppe im Falle einer Unterdeckung gekürzten Austrittsleistungen finanziell ausgleichen.
