## Purpose

Vorsorge für die Arbeitnehmer der Stifterfirma sowie deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität, Tod, Krankheit, Unfall und unverschuldeter Notlage. Die Stiftung kann Beiträge an andere steuerbefreite Vorsorgeeinrichtungen leisten, denen sich die Stifterfirma angeschlossen oder die sie selbst errichtet hat. Soweit dabei reglementarische Beiträge nicht einer vorgängig geäufneten und gesondert ausgewiesenen Arbeitgeberbeitragsreserve entnommen werden, hat dies auf der Basis eines entsprechenden Vorsorgereglements der empfangenden Vorsorgeeinrichtung und unter Wahrung der Parität zu erfolgen.
