## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der Vorsorge zugunsten der Arbeitnehmer der Firma, die am 31. Dezember 2010 bei der Stifterfirma (Zürcher Unterland Medien AG) beschäftigt waren, sowie deren Angehörigen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität, Tod. Ferner kann die Stiftung den vorgenannten Arbeitnehmern sowie deren Angehörigen in Fällen von Krankheit, Unfall oder unverschuldeter Notlage weitere Unterstützungen gewähren. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes kann die Stiftung eine autonome Pensionskasse führen oder Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Destinatäre abschliessen. Die Stiftung ist Versicherungsnehmerin derartiger Versicherungsverträge. Die Stifterfirma oder Ihre Rechtsnachfolgerin darf niemals Versicherungsnehmerin sein. Durch die Stiftung dürfen jedoch keine Leistungen erbracht werden, zu denen die Stifterfirma oder ihre Rechtsnachfolgerin gesetzlich oder vertraglich ausserhalb der Personalvorsorge verpflichtet ist.
