## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt Menschen, denen es aus finanziellen Gründen schwer fällt in Stäfa Wohnraum zu finden, möglichst kostengünstigen und qualitativ guten Wohnraum zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dies sucht sie zu erreichen durch: a) die Beschaffung von geeignetem Bauland zu Eigentum oder im Baurecht, b) die Erstellung oder den Erwerb von Wohnhäusern, c) den Unterhalt und die Verwaltung derselben, d) die Vermietung von Wohnungen an ihre Mitglieder. Wohnbauten im Besitz der Genossenschaft sind dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Die Genossenschaft verzichtet auf die Erstellung und den Erwerb von freistehenden Einfamilienhäusern. Die Genossenschaft unterstützt Bestrebungen des gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenlebens zwischen den Bewohnern. Als gemeinnützige Selbsthilfeorganisation erstrebt die Genossenschaft keinen Gewinn.
