Die Winterhilfe Appenzell I.Rh. arbeitet mit anderen öffentlichen und privaten gemeinnützigen Sozialinstitutionen zusammen, um eine möglichst rationelle Verwendung der Mittel zu gewährleisten und Doppelspurigkeiten in der Unterstützungstätigkeit zu vermeiden.
