## Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung besteht darin, dass die zum Stiftungsvermögen gehörenden Bilder, welche der Stifter gemalt hat, der Oeffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden sollen, z.B. durch Ausstellungen an verschiedenen Orten; die zum Stiftungsvermögen gehörenden und vom Stifter gemalten Bilder zu veräussern und zwar pro Jahr höchstens 50, bis nur noch 22 Bilder Eigentum der Stiftung sind, sowie das Bargeld, welches die Stiftung durch Veräusserung von Bildern und anderen Vermögenswerten erhält, nach Abzug von nötigen Rückstellungen und der laufenden Kosten, für gemeinnützige Zwecke je zur Hälfte den Stiftungen "Pro Infirmis" und "Pro Senectute" überwiesen wird.
