## Purpose

Ermessensleistungen können an die Mitarbeitenden der Firma oder von angeschlossenen Unternehmen und an deren Angehörigen in Notlagen, bei Krankheit, Unfall, Alter, Invalidität, Tod oder Arbeitslosigkeit ausgerichtet werden. Zur Erreichungihres Zwecks kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
