## Purpose

Versorgung der Bevölkerung, der Gewerbe- und Industriebetriebe im Rahmen der zur Verfügung stehenden Menge mit Trink- und Brauchwasser. Die Genossenschaft sorgt für eine dauernd der Lebensmittelgesetzgebung entsprechende Qualität. Die Genossenschaft übernimmt in Aeschi und Spiez anstelle der Gemeinden die öffentliche Wasserversorgung samt dem Hydrantenlöschschutz. Sie schliesst zu diesem Zweck mit den Gemeinden eine Vereinbarung ab. Sie regelt mit den Nachbargemeinden Wasserbezüge oder Wasserlieferungen mit Wasserlieferungsverträgen. In den angrenzenden Gemeinden kann sie im Rahmen ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit die Bauten und Anlagen im Einzugsbereich des Leitungsnetzes versorgen. Erstellung und Unterhalt ihrer Leitungen und Hydranten mit den zugehörigen Anlagen für die Beschaffung, Aufbereitung, Förderung und Speicherung von Wasser.
