Es sendet für Jugendliche relevante Inhalte zu den Themen Politik, Gesellschaft, Kultur sowie Musik und informiert über regionale Geschehnisse. d) eines Kulturradios. Es bietet der Arbeit regionaler und nationaler Musik- und Kulturschaffender eine Plattform. e) eines Kulturveranstalters. f) eines Kulturförderers (jährliche Preisverleihung des Kick Ass Award).
