## Purpose

Der Verein setzt sich zum Ziel, Pflegewohnungen zu betreiben, wo betagte und/oder pflegebedürftige Menschen Aufnahme und Betreuung in familiärem Rahmen erhalten sowie weitere Dienstleistungen im stationären oder teilstationären Bereich angeboten werden. Zu diesem Zweck a) richtet der Verein Wohnungen zweckdienlich ein und betreibt sie als Pflegewohnungen, b) rekrutiert der Verein qualifiziertes Personal zur Leitung und zum Betrieb dieser Pflegewohnungen, c) gewährleistet der Verein in gemeinsamer Anstrengung mit allen Vereinsorganen einen dem Wohlbefinden der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner förderlichen Betrieb, d) unterhält und verwaltet der Verein die ihm anvertrauten Mittel mit gebotener Sorgfalt. Der Verein versteht sich als gemeinnützige Institution und erwirtschaftet aus seiner Tätigkeit keinen Gewinn. Der Verein kann auf Beschluss der Generalversammlung weitere Pflegewohnungen einrichten und betreiben.
