Die Liegenschaften Murimoos und Alp Schaftelenmoos in Flühli (LU) bleiben in ihrer Gesamtheit mitsamt allen Parzellen erhalten und dürfen nicht veräussert werden. Der Verein kann zukünftig weitere Liegenschaften erwerben und veräussern, Kooperationen eingehen, Unternehmen gründen, erwerben und sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen. Er kann einzelne Betriebsteile in eine andere juristische Person überführen bzw. verschiedene Betriebsteile in unterschiedlichen juristischen Personen führen. Zur Sammlung und Verwaltung von Zuwendungen aller Art an den Verein wie Beiträge, Spenden, Geschenke oder Legate, kann der Verein eine juristische Person gründen oder diesen Bereich in eine juristische Person mit gegebenenfalls weiterer Zweckbestimmung einbringen.
