## Purpose

Die Nutzung von Liegenschaften und Räumlichkeiten des Vereins durch die Evangelisch-reformierte Landeskirche wird durch Vertrag geregelt. Der Verein kann auf der Domäne "Kloster Kappel" weitere Tätigkeiten ausüben oder ausüben lassen, soweit sie mit dem Charakter der Domäne als ein wichtiges geschichtliches Kulturgut und den Interessen der Landeskirche vereinbar sind. Die Aufnahme einer weiteren Tätigkeit in diesem Sinn bedarf des Einvernehmens mit der Landeskirche, solange der Verein ihr im Sinn vonlit. c) Liegenschaften und Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stellt.
