Der Verein stellt zusätzlich sicher, dass die Planung, die Organisation und die Durchführung von IBU-Events nach der IBU Biathlon-WM 2025 mit dieser, einer anderen bestehenden oder neuen Gesellschaft sichergestellt ist und dass das mit dem vorliegenden Verein gewonnene Wissen so umfassend und vollständig wie möglich auf diese Gesellschaft übertragen wird.
