## Purpose

Zweck des Vereins ist die Förderung der Bildung von Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern. Dieser Zweck wird erreicht durch die Organisation und Durchführung von Bildungskursen, die Vermittlung von Bildungsmöglichkeiten, die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationen der Weiterbildung sowie die Herausgabe von Dokumentationen und Publikationen. Die Bildungskurse von ARC werden den bei den ARC-Mitgliederverbänden organisierten Gewerkschafterinnen und Gewerkschafter zu besonderen Konditionen angeboten. Die Kurse sind bei Vollkosten auch offen für alle weiteren interessierten Personen. Im Besonderen führt ARC Einführungs- und Weiterbildungskurse für Gewerkschaftskader verschiedener Stufen durch. ARC ist tätig für Arbeitnehmende in der deutsch- und französischsprechenden Schweiz.
