Der Verein mietet zu diesem Zweck von der Stiftung Aarbergerhus die Liegenschaften Aarbergerhus und Louis-Haus. Er ist im Übrigen berechtigt alles zu tun, was seinen Zweck gemäss Abs. 1 und 2 hievor direkt oder indirekt fördert. Der Verein ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Er ist konfessionell sowie politisch neutral.
