## Purpose

Natürliche Personen: Die Stiftung hilft sowohl Personen von Mitgliedsfirmen des SBVV und Einzelmitgliedern als auch Ehemaligen, Lebensgefährten und direkten Nachkommen der genannten Personenkategorien in finanzieller Not. Die Mitgliedschaft entspricht den gültigen Statuten des SBVV. Subsidiär zu staatlichen Leistungen werden Notlagen abgedeckt, welche durch Alter, Arbeitslosigkeit, Invalidität, Krankheit, Unfall, Tod oder andere Ereignisse, welche finanzielle Schwierigkeiten verursachen, entstanden sind. Juristische Personen: Die Stiftung leistet wirtschaftliche Hilfe an juristische Personen, die Mitglied des SBVV sind, zur Finanzierung konkreter Massnahmen, um ausserordentliche wirtschaftliche Notlagen zu überbrücken. Nicht abgedeckt werden: a) allgemeiner schlechter wirtschaftlicher Geschäftsgang eines Unternehmens b) branchenübliche Geschäftsrisiken c) zu versichernde Leistungen/Schäden. Allgemeine Bestimmungen: Die Unterstützungsleistungen sind in der Regel nicht zurückzuzahlen. Es können auch Darlehen oder Bürgschaften gewährt werden. Es werden keine regelmässigen Zahlungen übernommen (bspw. Renten, Mieten, etc.). Der Stiftungsrat erlässt über die Stiftungsorganisation und die Durchführung des Stiftungszwecks ein oder mehrere Reglemente. Insbesondere sind die Einzelheiten bezüglich notwendiger Dauer der Anstellung in einer Mitgliedsfirma, bzw. Einzelmitgliedschaft im Verband zu regeln. Ebenso sind die Modalitäten bei Personen, welche aus dem Arbeitsprozess ausgeschieden sind zu regeln. Solche Reglemente können vom Stiftungsrat jederzeit geändert werden. Die Reglemente und ihre Änderungen sind der Aufsichtsbehörde einzureichen.
