## Purpose

Die Gesellschaft kann im weiteren Beteiligungen und Grundstücke halten, verwalten und veräussern, Gesellschaften gründen, vertreten und beraten und alle Geschäfte durchführen, die zur Erreichung des Gesellschaftszwecks geeignet sind. Dieser Geschäftsbereich der Gesellschaft umfasst ausschliesslich Tätigkeiten, die keiner Bewilligung der FINMA bedürfen und erstreckt sich auf die Schweiz und das gesamte Ausland.
